Location: Cafe – Shilstone House, Devon
Salary: £7.75-£12.25 per hour, based on age and experience, plus share of tips
Hours: Part-time & full-time available, including weekends

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Baristas and Waiting Staff to join our team at the Cafe, Shilstone House. Your main responsibility is to ensure that guests have a wonderful experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome offering assistance with menu choices and special requests
- Food & drink knowledge – have a good understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide recommendations and answer customer queries
- Proactively check on guests during their meal to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issue that may arise
- Collaborative teamwork – work closely with kitchen staff, bar tenders and other team members to ensure an efficient service
- Make delicious coffee!
