Closed for the Season
An outdoor wood-fired kitchen in the Courtyard, serving pizzas, dry-aged burgers, local meats and seasonal vegetables from the grill, ice cream and drinks from the Courtyard Bar. Food is served from the kitchen to eat outside, with tables in the Courtyard, music in the evening and the gardens open on selected days.
In the evening, the Fire Shed and Courtyard Bar are open for food and drinks ordered from the bar.
Friday & Saturday: 5-9pm (Last orders 7:30pm)

Wood-fired Kitchen
The Fire Shed is an outdoor kitchen in the Courtyard, built around a wood-fired oven and grill.
The menu includes pizzas, house burgers, meats from the grill and ice cream. Food is cooked over wood from the estate and served from the kitchen to pick up and eat outside.

The Courtyard
The Courtyard sits at the heart of the estate, surrounded by old farm buildings and leading out towards the gardens.
It is filled with wooden planters and banquette seating made here on the estate, creating small places to sit with food and drinks. In the afternoon and evening, the Courtyard catches the sun and becomes a good place to settle in for a while.
The Courtyard Bar serves local beers, wine, rosé, garden cocktails, spritzes and soft drinks. Records play through the evening, with live music on selected days.

The Garden
The Terraced Garden leads out from the Courtyard, with winding paths, old steps, lawns and views across the estate. Guests can take food from the Fire Shed and drinks from the Courtyard Bar into the garden, borrow a picnic blanket, find a place to sit, or play croquet or badminton as the evening settles in.

Bookings
The Fire Shed is walk-in only.
During the day, guests dining in the Café and Courtyard can order from the Fire Shed menu when it is open.
Service Style
During the day, the Fire Shed menu is served as part of the Café.
In the evening, please order food and drinks from the Courtyard Bar. Food is cooked at the Fire Shed and called when ready.
Outside
Yes. The Fire Shed is an outdoor wood-fired kitchen in the Courtyard. Some seating is more sheltered, but it is designed for eating outside.
Poor Weather
Opening times may change in poor weather. Please check our website, Instagram or contact us before travelling if the weather is uncertain.
Children
Yes. Children are welcome in the Courtyard and gardens.
A children’s menu is also available.
Dogs
Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the Courtyard and gardens.
Food and Drinks in The Garden
Yes, when the gardens are open. Food and drinks from the Fire Shed and Courtyard Bar can be taken into the garden.
Gardens Open
No. The gardens close when we have weddings and private events. Please check our garden open days before visiting.
